Services for Tournament Planners

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Midland County Convention & Visitors Bureau are available to assist and provide advice throughout the planning of a sports event. Bureau representatives and staff are available to meet with event planners personally to ensure a successful event.

Some of the services available through the bureau are outlined below: 

     * Help to arrange for room blocks and overflow situations
     * Provide customized housing maps
     * Planning assistance with pre and post event activities.
        Customize pre-event maps and literature
     * Schedule site tours and facility inspections including our area hotels and sports venues
     * Set up and maintain a welcome booth with information on what to see and do in Midland
     * Supply welcome bags
